Refund policy
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer in case you want a refund. They are our responsibility in the case of assets.
If you wish to return an item to us, simply write to us at contact@bh-menswear.com within 30 days of receiving the package. We will get back to you within 48 hours with the procedure to follow. If your return is accepted, we will send by email a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Also be careful not to remove the hang tag under penalty of a refusal of the goods.
In the case of a credit note, reshipment fees are also offered (in Global Relay).
For orders outside France, the return costs will be at your expense.
B.H MENSWEAR is in no way responsible for any customs fees applied to a returned package. The customer form for a returned package must be marked as "return of goods" to avoid customs fees. If the package reaches us with customs fees, the amount that will be charged to us will be withdrawn from the amount of your refund or credit on the site.
