Shipping policy
We deliver everywhere in France, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) is provided either by La Poste's Colissimo service for home delivery or to the place of your choice, or by Mondial Relay for delivery to the collection point of your choice.
Delivery to a collection point for metropolitan France (including Corsica) is offered from €180 of purchase.
We also offer 24-hour express delivery by Chronopost for any order placed before 12pm (delivery from Monday to Friday).
Delivery in Europe and the rest of the world is provided by La Poste's Colissimo service. Delivery will be made within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the country. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will return again the next day. If you are absent again, the package will be re-shipped to our premises. Delivery outside France is paid, its cost varies according to the amount of the order and the country of destination.
In order to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have the orders delivered to an address where you will be present during daytime hours (workplace for example), or to ensure that someone can receive the package for you (concierge or a neighbor for example).
Attention for customers located outside Europe:
If the order concerns products for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by the customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes that are collected when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The customer will be responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes. We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. You can contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

For Colissimo home deliveries in metropolitan France, the delivery costs are €8.80 below €180 of purchase, and offered from €180 of purchase. Delivery costs at the Mondial Relay collection point are offered from €180 of purchase, they are €5 below €180 of purchase.
Overseas: (Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélémy, Saint Martin)
Home deliveries with La Poste's Colissimo service, delivery costs are €13 below €250 of purchase, and offered from €250 of purchase.
European Union: (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden)

Home deliveries with La Poste's Colissimo service, the delivery costs are €29 For any order whose amount is less than €300 and offered for any order exceeding €300.
